Chef Ke is the founder of Soul-Full Lunchables, an American food catering company packing adult lunchables with soul food. Inspired by her grandmother (Grandma Dot) who taught her how to cook with love and tradition, Chef keeps the legacy alive. At the tender age of 10 Chef Ke baked her first cake from grandma Dot’s recipe stash. Today that very cake stands as one of the company’s top secrets! At age 16, Chef Ke began working in the food industry which sought opportunities to further develop her own creativity. Putting her business degree in motion, along with 6 years of restaurant training where she extended her skills, Chef Ke’s culinary repertoire is now flourishing as she articulates the southern recipes taught by her Grandma Dot.
